By using the Bursa Lemnului platform you accept the terms presented below. The platform operates as a marketplace that connects companies and individuals interested in timber-industry products and services. We reserve the right to update the terms at any time, and the version published on the site is always the one in force.

1. Accounts and responsibilities. Users must provide accurate information at registration and keep their login credentials confidential. Listing content remains the sole responsibility of the sellers.
2. Posting listings. We accept only content relevant to the timber industry, building materials, furniture and related services. We reserve the right to moderate or remove listings that breach the law or platform policies.
3. Messages and transactions. Bursa Lemnului is not a party to transactions concluded between users. Communication takes place through the tools available on the platform or directly, and payments are made outside the site.
4. Intellectual property rights. The platform's trademarks, texts and visual elements are protected under applicable law. Posting a listing guarantees that you hold the rights to the uploaded materials.
5. Service suspension. We may restrict access to an account if we detect abuse, illegal content or fraud attempts.
